Meditation is often thought of as mysterious and quite frankly what I hear a lot from my caregiver clients is that they think it’s too hard to learn and they won’t have time to incorporate a mediation practice into their life. That is until I show them a very simple easy to learn form of mediation that if practiced for even five minutes a day will begin to make a huge difference in a caregivers life. Mediation has been studied for many decades now and scientific research validates the use of Mediation in decreasing stress and increasing well-being. Many large Medical institutions now offer Meditation and it is fast becoming part of the mainstream.
